These terms of use and disclaimer apply to the use of the website Rekenhetuitnu.nl and all calculators, texts and information offered on it. By using the website, you agree to these terms. This is an English translation; in case of any difference, the Dutch version prevails.

Rekenhetuitnu.nl offers free online calculators and general information about Dutch taxes, benefits and allowances. Rekenhetuitnu.nl is an independent platform and is not affiliated with the Dutch Tax Administration (Belastingdienst), the Benefits Agency (Dienst Toeslagen), the Dutch government or any other public authority.

2. Care and accuracy

The calculations and information on Rekenhetuitnu.nl have been compiled with the greatest care. We strive for 100% accuracy and topicality and check the rates, thresholds and rules used against official sources of the Tax Administration, the Benefits Agency and the Dutch government. The date on which the figures were last checked is stated with each calculator.

Despite this care, errors, omissions or outdated information cannot be completely ruled out. Legislation, rates and conditions may change in the meantime, sometimes with retroactive effect. Errors and changes are expressly reserved.

3. Indicative results, not advice

All results are purely indicative and based on simplified models of the official rules and on the information you enter yourself. The results are not a tax return, not a benefits decision, not a payslip and not personal financial, tax or legal advice. No rights can be derived from the results. The Tax Administration and the Benefits Agency determine your actual tax and benefits. For decisions with financial consequences, always consult the official authorities or a qualified adviser.

4. Exclusion of liability

Rekenhetuitnu.nl and its operator are in no way liable for any direct or indirect damage of any kind arising from or related to the use of the website, the calculators or the information on it, or from the website being temporarily unavailable. This applies in particular to damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete calculations, outdated information, reclaimed benefits, additional tax assessments, fines, interest or decisions you have made based on the results. Use of the website is entirely at your own risk.

This exclusion does not apply insofar as liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law, such as in the event of intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of the operator.

5. Advertising and links to third parties
